Swains is our little homage to wine. Inspired by the institutional wine bars of Melbourne, our carefully considered wine list is matched by a daily-changing menu of good, simple dishes done well. Our neighbourhood hub is the perfect spot for wine novices and enthusiasts alike. An approachable place to enjoy the best of what our handpicked producers have to offer.
When it comes to the food, simplicity and seasonality are the focus. Our Head Chef Sofia is passionate, capable and highly skilled.
